**Job Title: Junior Merchandiser**

**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team to drive sales, optimize inventory levels, and ensure the timely delivery of products. You will assist in analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock levels. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in analyzing sales trends and historical data to forecast future demand.

2. Support the merchandising team in developing assortment plans and product strategies.

3. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.

4. Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

5. Assist in pricing analysis and competitive research to optimize pricing strategies.

6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to execute merchandising plans effectively.

7. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory turnover, and sell-through rates.

8. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product expansion.

9. Support the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and markdown strategies.

10. Assist in managing product lifecycle from initial concept to end-of-life clearance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

2. Previous experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or related fields is a plus.

3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

7. Familiarity with merchandising software and systems is an advantage.

8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

9. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.

10. Passion for retail and understanding of consumer behavior trends.
