**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Assist in processing export orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- **Communication Liaison**: Act as a liaison between internal departments (production, procurement, logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers) to relay order requirements, updates, and inquiries effectively.
- **Sample Development**: Support the sample development process by coordinating with production teams, sourcing materials, and ensuring timely submission of samples to clients for approval.
- **Price Negotiation**: Assist senior merchandisers in negotiating prices with clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability margins.
- **Production Planning**: Collaborate with production planners to schedule production activities, monitor progress, and anticipate any potential delays or issues that may impact order fulfillment.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Prepare and maintain export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Coordinate quality inspections and audits of export orders to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, monitoring stock availability, and coordinating replenishment orders to meet export demands efficiently.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Support senior merchandisers in building and maintaining strong relationships with export clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Bachelor's degree. Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field will be added advantage
- Previous experience or internship in têxtile merchandising, export operations, or related roles are good.
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation requirements, and international trade regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and order processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
