The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's products, services, and brand. Develop and manage PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Website Management**:
Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and search engines.

Implement and manage web analytics tools to track website performance.

**Digital Advertising**:
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).

Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve campaign objectives.

**Requirements**:
