**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's products, services, and brand. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy**:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.

**Content Marketing**:
Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

**Social Media Management**:
Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Analyze social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

**SEO and SEM**:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

Develop and manage PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Website Management**:
Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and search engines.

Implement and manage web analytics tools to track website performance.

**Digital Advertising**:
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).

Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve campaign objectives.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
