**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s services, including software development, web design, and digital marketing, to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with client requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote services and generate leads.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management (minimum 2 years preferred).
- **Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, web solutions, and digital marketing.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Experience in selling web development, or digital marketing solutions.**:

- Strong network in the IT industry or relevant sectors.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,004.88 - ₹36,958.03 per month
