**Job Description: Clinical Psychologist - Ollato Eduversity, Mumbai**

**Position**: Clinical Psychologist
**Location**: Ollato Eduversity, Mumbai
**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in Clinical Psychology
**Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (reading, writing, speaking)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Psychometric Assessments**
- Conduct a variety of psychometric assessments, interpret results, and provide accurate, insightful feedback.
- Develop and standardize new psychometric assessments to ensure reliability and validity across various population groups.

**Therapy Sessions**
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices.
- Utilize diverse therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and more, to suit client needs.

**Research & Development**
- Engage in research projects aimed at enhancing mental health services and contributing to academic knowledge.
- Prepare and publish research papers, articles, and case studies in relevant psychological and wellness fields.

**Workshops and Training**
- Plan, organize, and conduct workshops and training sessions both online and offline.
- Design training materials, modules, and resources for various age groups and demographics.

**Online Classes**
- Deliver online classes on topics related to psychology, mental health, and wellness.
- Foster interactive learning environments and engage participants in meaningful discussions.

**Client and Community Engagement**
- Conduct awareness programs and mental health events to promote community well-being.
- Provide consultations for clients and institutions seeking mental health support and guidance.

**Case Documentation and Reporting**
- Document case histories, assessment results, and therapy notes in a timely and organized manner.
- Generate and share reports with relevant teams and management as required.

**Team Collaboration and Training**
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions, and mentor junior psychologists or interns.
- Support the continuous professional development of team members by conducting training and supervision sessions.

- Research-oriented mindset with a proven publication or project experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Clinical Psychologist.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
