**Client Site Showings**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients visiting RA Construction sites.
- Conduct informative and engaging site tours, highlighting key features, progress, and potential of the project.
- Answer client inquiries accurately and professionally, addressing their concerns and showcasing the benefits of choosing RA Construction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, and timelines to effectively communicate details to clients.
- Ensure the site is presentable and safe for client visits.
- Follow up with potential clients after site visits, providing additional information and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on client interactions and contribute to marketing materials.

**Construction Site Supervision**:

- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues proactively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and reports of site activities, progress, and any incidents.
- Serve as a key point of contact for on-site queries and issues, resolving them effectively and escalating when necessary.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of materials and equipment on site.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment on site.
- Participate in site meetings with project managers, clients (when required), and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the required quality standards and in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Identify and report any defects or deviations from plans and specifications.

Pay: ₹11,854.75 - ₹15,000.00 per month
