**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Create high-quality photos and videos of various dresses and fashion items to be used across our social media channels.
- **Video Production**: Film, edit, and produce fashion-related videos, including styling tips, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content.
- **Photography**: Conduct photoshoots for new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special campaigns, ensuring each piece is beautifully captured.
- **Creative Direction**: Develop creative concepts and themes for social media content that align with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in planning and executing social media strategies, posting schedules, and content calendars.
- **Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers, fostering a strong and interactive online community.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, fashion trends, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content is on-brand and supports our marketing objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Female
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a social media content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in fashion.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in photography and videography, including editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passionate about fashion and trends.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working with fashion brands or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
