**Hiring UGC Content Creators**
- **Freshers or Senior College Students** seeking hands-on experience or an internship certificate
- **New and Aspiring Content Creators** looking to build their portfolio

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, film, and edit engaging photo and video content (UGC-style) that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and values for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external freelancers to plan and execute in-studio and on-location shoots
- Maintain and curate a consistent content calendar, ensuring timely posting and relevance to trending topics within sustainable fashion
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and reach
- Research current social media trends, competitor strategies, and influencer collaborations to keep our content fresh and on-trend
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner
- Maintain brand voice and aesthetic guidelines across all channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling and messaging

**Qualifications**
- Freshers or senior college students pursuing marketing, communications, fashion, or related fields OR new and aspiring content creators with a passion for social media
- Proficiency in photography/videography and editing principles
- Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms (algorithms, best practices, emerging features)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Passion for sustainable fashion and knowledge of current industry trends
- Must be located in—or willing to commute to—the Dallas-Fort Worth area

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or comparable tools
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and basic budgeting for promoted content
- Basic graphic design skills for creating branded templates and social assets
