**Job Title**: Junior Sales Coordinator
**Industry**: Iron & Steel Trading Company

**Location**: Charni Road, Mumbai
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (All Saturdays working)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sales reports and maintain data using Excel (including VLOOKUP).
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth sales operations.
- Maintain records of sales inquiries, follow-ups, and order status.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6months to 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic reporting).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
