**The Fashion Design and Garment Management Specialist will be responsible for**:

- Developing and designing new fashion collections based on market trends and customer needs
- Creating sketches, patterns, and sample garments
- Collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality control and timely delivery of products
- Managing the production process, from sourcing fabrics and materials to overseeing the final product
- Ensuring that all garments are produced according to established design and quality standards
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to ensure that the company's products remain competitive
- Developing and managing budgets and timelines for fashion collections
- Training and mentoring junior team members in fashion design and garment management
- Bachelors degree in fashion design and garment management or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in fashion design(Expertise in jeans, shirts, t-shirts, trousers, denim, and formals (no ethnic wear))
- Strong understanding of fashion design, production processes, and quality control standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Shall be solely responsible for the forecasting of fashion, colors & the season's range development.
- Shall be able to deliver the cost effective results.
- Shall be good in sourcing, development of prints & embroideries.
- Coordinating with Buyers/Vendors
