As a sister concern of GM Fabrics, we are known for our commitment to high-quality, stylish garments. We are looking for a skilled Fashion Designer to join our team and focus on creating elegant saree and suit dupatta collections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, and colors for ethnic wear collections.
- Develop innovative designs for suits and dupattas, incorporating traditional and modern aesthetics.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for new collections.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed as per specifications.
- Select appropriate fabrics, embroideries, and embellishments for each design.
- Ensure high-quality standards in finishing, stitching, and overall garment construction.
- Collaborate with merchandisers and marketing teams to align designs with market trends.
- Oversee sample development and provide necessary modifications before bulk production.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and innovations in ethnic fashion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in saree design or ethnic wear.
- Strong knowledge of color theory and fabric selection.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage factory visits and oversee production processes.
- Passion for ethnic wear and an understanding of saree styles.

Pay: ₹8,823.22 - ₹43,599.32 per month
