We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Writer to join our team. As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and well-structured proposals that effectively communicate our staffing solutions to clients and prospects. Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality content for proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand client requirements.
- Write, edit, and proofread proposals, ensuring they are clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Develop comprehensive, well-structured proposals that effectively address client needs and showcase our staffing services.
- Customize proposal content to align with each client's specific needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with proposal guidelines, including formatting, word limits, and submission deadlines.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and professional proposal layouts.
- Maintain a repository of standardized content, templates, and boilerplate text for efficient proposal development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve proposal writing skills and knowledge.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, preferably with a focus on staffing services.
- Strong understanding of proposal fundamentals and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in developing proposals for Staffing Services is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
- Possess a solid ability to work comfortably with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrate flexibility in accommodating different time zones and communication styles to foster effective collaboration and understanding.
- Must exhibit a proactive approach to work and take ownership of tasks.
- Possess excellent organizational skills to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality proposals while effectively communicating and coordinating with team members across various locations.
- Proven track record of winning Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- APMP/Shipley understanding/experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
