**Job Description: Field Sales Executive**

**Location**: Contai, West Bengal

**Reporting To**: Astrosia Technologies LLP - Contai Office

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Performance-Based)

**Employment Type**: Commission-Based for First 3 Months → Permanent (Fixed Salary + Incentives)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through on-field sales visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.
- Educate clients on Astrosia Technologies’ offerings and demonstrate how our solutions can add value to their operations.
- Meet sales targets and report daily/weekly progress to the Contai office.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Collect client feedback and collaborate with the internal team for continuous service improvement.
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- **Must own a bike** and be comfortable with regular field travel.
- Minimum **6 months - 1 year of experience in B2B sales** (Freshers with strong sales acumen can apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, and digital services is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Contai, West Bengal**.

**Compensation & Growth**
- **First 3 months**: Performance-based commission structure.
- **After 3 months**: Fixed base salary (₹12,000 - ₹25,000) + incentives based on performance.
