**Production Merchandiser - The Role**:

- Processing new orders from customers, ensuring that styles, quantities, sizes, and agreed delivery dates are correct.
- Completing and confirming the pre-order list for factories, with accurate dates added for each critical path date for the production process
- Hold weekly critical path meetings to identify any issues that may impact delivery dates, and communicate to the factory to speed up the processes where needed.
- Keep customers updated on order progress, advise of intake delays, and request extensions.
- Chasing up samples and lab dips, and print approvals.
- Monitor weekly shipments from factories
- General managing of the account and working with sales, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

**Production Merchandiser - The Person**:

- experience as a **Production Merchandiser in a Garment manufacturing company**:

- Must have good knowledge of Production, Product Development, and Costing.
- Confident speaking to customers and strong communications skills (written & verbal), Plus good in making Photo quotations and PPT where required.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player, with a positive attitude to their work and is adaptable to new challenges
- Highly organized, strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

**Qualification / Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field, such as Marketing/Textile/Garment technology.
- A Master’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.

Relevant experience of 3 to 4 yrs. in Production Merchandising
