**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of security personnel across various sites.
- Ensure all security operations are conducted according to company policies and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
- Develop schedules and assign duties to security staff.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution as necessary.

**Client Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding security operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss performance and address concerns.
- Customize security solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Immediate joiners will get 1st preference.

**Experience: 3 to 5 years & Above.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
