**Key Responsibilities:Pre-Operative Duties**:

- Prepare OT and surgical instruments specific to neurosurgical procedures (e.g. craniotomies, spinal surgeries).
- Ensure proper sterilization and availability of neurosurgery-specific tools and implants.
- Verify patient identity, surgical site, and consent as per protocol.
- Assist in patient positioning (prone, lateral, etc.) ensuring neurological safety.

**Intra-Operative Duties**:

- Assist surgeons as scrub or circulating nurse during neurosurgical operations.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques throughout the procedure.
- Monitor and manage OT equipment like microscopes, neuronavigation systems, and C-arm.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sponge/instrument counts and intraoperative events.

**Post-Operative Duties**:

- Transfer patient safely to recovery/PACU with detailed handover.
- Assist in cleaning and preparing the OT for the next surgery.
- Monitor and document patient vitals and surgical outcomes as required.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of neuroanatomy and neurosurgical procedures.
- Skilled in handling OT equipment (drills, microscopes, cautery machines, etc.).
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and crisis-handling skills.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
