The Staff Nurse at SB Aesthetics will provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical and non-surgical patients, assist in operation theater procedures, manage pre
- and post-operative care, and maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and confidentiality. This role demands excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to function effectively in a multidisciplinary aesthetic surgery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative settings.
- Perform regular patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and administer medications as per protocols.
- Assist with patient education on post-operative care, recovery expectations, and follow-up routines.
- Operation Theatre Assistance:
- Prepare the OT and surgical instruments before procedures.
- Scrub in for surgeries, assist the surgeon, and maintain a sterile environment.
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies with precision and responsibility.
- Infection Control & Hygiene:
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and comply with infection control protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness of the clinical areas and adherence to sterilization procedures.
- Coordination & Documentation:
- Coordinate with consultants, anesthetists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and procedural documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control for nursing supplies and medications.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
