**Job Title: Retail Cashier**

**Location: Mohali and Chandigarh**

**Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month**

**Education: 12th Pass or Graduation**

As a Retail Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently processing transactions at the point of sale. Your primary duties will include accurately handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and assisting customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.
- Scan and bag items accurately.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Ensure pricing accuracy by verifying product prices.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass or Graduation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required for freshers.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
