**Base location**:Mumbai

**Work-experience: 2-5 years in relevant roles as per the JD**
- Manage transportation pick-up requests for reverse logistics, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.
- Book, track, and align transportation for return shipments, ensuring efficient deliveries to the Atomberg Warehouse for both B2B channels.
- Ensure accurate logging all returned shipments in SAP at the warehouses with correct processing and accounting for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Prepare and publish daily MIS reports on return shipment pick-ups and system bookings upon their arrival at the warehouse.
- Provide regular updates on reverse goods that are ready for rework, enabling seamless inventory management for the reverse goods.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the overall returns process
