
Require Office Assistant Urgently

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and clients, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department
- Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate with other departments and staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
