**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business development and expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support business growth initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to inform business development strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
