**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client outreach.
- Understand client requirements and present customized IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **sales, business development, or telecalling**, preferably in the **IT or digital marketing industry**.
- Excellent **communication, persuasion, and negotiation** skills.
- Strong ability to **convert leads into successful deals**.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services (training can be provided).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
