**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Achayapathira Foods products.
- Explain product details, offers, and promotions clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support and follow-up.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Any graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or related field).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (experience in the food/FMCG industry is an advantage).
- **Languages**: Fluency in **Tamil** is mandatory; **English** or **Hindi** is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
