**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice, and teaching techniques.
- Experience in teaching and training healthcare professionals.

**Age limit**: Not more than 35 years of age on 31st Oct’2024.
- Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff, focusing on clinical skills, patient care, and safety protocols.
- Conduct orientation programs for new nurses and ongoing in-service training to enhance the skills and knowledge of the existing staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and assessment.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure training aligns with hospital policies and current best practices.
- Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff to foster professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, staff progress, and certification requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
