**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Dosa Preparation**: Prepare a variety of dosas, including plain dosa, masala dosa, paper dosa, and more, following traditional recipes and maintaining consistent quality.

2. **Ingredient Preparation**: Source, clean, and prepare all required ingredients, including the dosa batter, fillings, and accompaniments.

3. **Griddle Operation**: Operate dosa griddles efficiently, maintaining the right temperature and ensuring dosas are cooked to perfection.

4. **Menu Innovation**: Contribute to the development of dosa menu options and explore new dosa variations to keep the offerings fresh and appealing.

5. **Kitchen Hygiene**: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

6. **Quality Control**: Monitor dosa quality and appearance, making adjustments as needed to ensure each dosa meets our standards.

7. **Customer Service**: Interact with customers and provide a positive dining experience, explaining dosa options and addressing any customer inquiries or requests.

8. **Inventory Management**: Keep track of inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels to minimize waste.

9. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate dosa preparation with other dishes on the menu.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a dosa master or similar role in a South Indian restaurant or food establishment.

2. Extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine and dosa preparation techniques.

3. Proficiency in using dosa griddles and other kitchen equipment.

4. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating authentic and delicious dosas.

5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

7. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
