Confirm vendor data is maintained within vendor relationship management system.
- Coordinate with office administration for processing of payments.
- Coordinate with vendors on fulfilment of contract terms.
- Escalate to a higher level on complex contractual issues with vendors.
- Gather demand data for products and services.
- Guide junior team members on prompt handling of payments.
- Guide junior team members when handling bookings, amendments, cancellations of flights, transportation, meals, tickets and accommodations.
- Handle bookings, amendments, cancellations of flights, transportation, meals, tickets and accommodations for customers.
- Handle minor disputes with vendors.
- Provide feedback based on usage of workplace technology.
- Provide prompt responses to queries on itineraries, travel arrangements or vendors.
- Report budget utilisation and spending against department's key performance indicators within approved budget

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,782.66 - ₹29,020.33 per month
