**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Under the guidance of the art director ensure clear and consistent communication of the Brands on social media channels ensuring work is produced to high quality, with a consistent clear design, adhering to the brand aesthetic. Maintaining and elevating brand positioning with quality design standards.
- Concept, design and take ownership over unique and innovative creative treatments to reflect the social strategy and content plan
- Research, explore and present new concepts and executions to keep the social media Brand's voice relevant and innovative
- Repurpose existing photo/video assets for social (including paid social) in clever strategic ways.
- Develop/ execute motion strategy within social channels (gifs, slow motion, hyper-lapse, real-time)
- Assist with the concept and art direction of photoshoots, working closely with photographers and stylists.

**Key Skills**Illustrator, Photoshop, Video Editing, Typography, Photography, Graphic Design, creative design, social media design**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- 2+ years’ experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment (experience in Fashion a plus)
- Great proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects)
- Sophisticated and charming typography skills.
- Keen interest in socially-oriented design
- Ability to work quickly and nimbly to create content that aligns with the brand
- Critical thinker, great communicator with a can-do attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills to be effective with long-term and short-term planning and execution at the same time
- Ability to edit creative reels and motion graphics for posts.
- Interest to create suitable transformation effects while video editing
- Photography/videography skills preferred
- Willingness to self-learn various new technologies/software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹34,435.00 per month
