As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and compelling designs and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop a wide range of multimedia content, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and video editing. Your creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software will be essential to deliver high-quality visual assets that captivate our audience and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and produce eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for various digital and print media.
2. Create and edit captivating videos, incorporating footage, animations, and effects to convey brand messages effectively.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with the company's vision.
4. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all designs and videos.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve skills in graphic design and video editing software/tools.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Optimize visual content for various platforms and devices, including social media, websites, and presentations.
8. Review and implement feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality of deliverables.
9. Assist in other design-related tasks and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
4. Ability to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to life through visual content.
5. Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and video optimization techniques.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
8. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
9. Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D animation (a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
