Position - Account Executive

Experience - 2 to 3 yrs

Location - Thane

Role And Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
- Manage PF & ESIC contributions and withdrawals, update employee details, and coordinate with EPFO & ESIC for any queries or issues.
- Ensure timely registration, contribution, and filing of ESIC for eligible employees.
- Ensure the company is compliant with labor laws and other statutory requirements such as Bonus, Gratuity, and Maternity Benefits.
- Assist with employee TDS calculations, tax declarations, and filing of returns.
- Prepare documents and assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments like HR and external bodies like government organisation (PF, E SIC) for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, payroll data, and compliance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Account Executive or similar role in handling PF, ESIC, and HR-related accounting tasks.

Strong understanding of payroll systems and HR compliance, including PF, ESIC, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
