their academic journeys with personalized support and expert mentorship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide information about our CA, CMA, and CS courses.
- Address inquiries and guide students through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to support student admissions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.

**Salary**:
Salary ₹14,000 - ₹18,000/month
