**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Office Support**:

- Greet visitors and manage front desk activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings and company events.
- **Document Management**:

- Create, update, and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- **Tracking Goods and Deliveries**:

- Monitor and track the status of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery personnel to resolve any issues related to delayed shipments.
- Update internal systems with delivery statuses and ensure records are accurate.
- **Backend Administrative Work**:

- Support backend operations by managing databases, inputting data, and generating reports.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing payments as required.
- Handle any other administrative tasks that support the smooth functioning of the office.
- **Customer and Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with customers and vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Provide backup support to other team members during peak periods or absences.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role and freshers can also apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
