
Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and reports
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, notices, and reports.
- Coordinate with facility management for any office-related issues.
- Support HR with employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Help HR in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
- Collect and analyse employee feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Track and report on office performance metrics and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any) except computer background
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
