**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily packaging and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Maintain and update stock and inventory records regularly
- Liaise with transport partners, courier companies, and Porter for pickups and deliveries
- Prepare and manage dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, and shipping labels
- Handle delays, damage claims, and delivery discrepancies
- Track shipments and update management on delivery status

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and documentation
- Familiarity with inventory and dispatch tracking
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
