Junior Interior Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Junior Interior Designer Associate to join our team. In this role, you will combine your passion for interior design with your exceptional sales skills to assist clients in creating their dream spaces. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their design preferences, and guiding them through the selection process of furniture, fixtures, and accessories. **Responsibilities**:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice on design solutions and product selections to meet client requirements.
- Sales Generation: Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, and networking events. Drive sales by showcasing the benefits of our products and services, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends, product features, and specifications. Educate clients on the quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our products to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Space Planning: Collaborate with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts. Use design software and tools to develop floor plans, furniture arrangements, and color schemes that optimize space utilization and reflect client preferences.
- Project Management: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of purchased items. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with clients post-purchase to address any concerns or additional needs, and solicit feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining client records, processing orders, and generating sales reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to facilitate smooth order processing and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in interior design sales or retail sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
