**Role**:Purchase Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Supplier Management**: Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and pricing.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
- **Purchase Planning and Order Processing**:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs.Prepare purchase orders and ensure their accuracy.Review requisitions and evaluate specifications for goods and services.Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders accordingly.Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
- **Cost Management and Budgeting**:Analyze pricing, market trends, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.Optimize costs through effective negotiation and supplier selection.Monitor and control procurement expenses to meet budgetary requirements.Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement appropriate measures.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:Ensure that purchased items meet quality standards and specifications.Conduct inspections and quality checks on received goods.Manage the return of defective or non-compliant products.Stay updated with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.Prepare reports on procurement activities, including expenditure analysis.Generate purchase-related documentation such as purchase orders, contracts, and reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
