PlumStories, a prominent kids clothing brand, is seeking a creative and organized Content Creator and Planner to join our team. If you have a passion for creating engaging and compelling content, along with the ability to strategically plan and execute content marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with PlumStories' brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and gather insights to inform content creation, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
- Write and edit high-quality, on-brand copy that is clear, concise, and engaging.
- Plan and execute visually appealing content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to accompany written copy.
- Plan and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and photographers, to gather necessary assets for content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platforms, and content marketing best practices.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use data to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation and planning, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and storytelling concepts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,639.74 - ₹28,637.79 per month
