**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and impactful content strategies customized to the specific objectives and target audiences of clients across diverse industries, including healthcare, FMCG, hospitality, IT, and more.
- Generate high-quality visual content, including videos, photographs, and multimedia elements, for a range of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with each client's brand identity and industry standards.
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video content, collaborating closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life and create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize videography and photography equipment and techniques to capture high-quality footage and images, ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all content produced.
- Edit and post-produce video content, incorporating graphics, animations, and effects as needed to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Conduct on-camera interviews and presentations, utilizing public speaking skills to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and key messages to audiences.
- Manage content calendars, schedules, and deadlines for clients across diverse industries, ensuring timely delivery of assets and consistent engagement with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and industry-specific KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in videography, photography, and digital marketing, leveraging new opportunities to enhance content creation and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Photography, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual content across different platforms and industries.
- Proficiency in videography and photography equipment and techniques, with experience in shooting and editing high-quality video content.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and key messages effectively on camera and in person.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms, as well as industry-specific channels relevant to clients in sectors such as healthcare, FMCG, hospitality, IT, etc.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client projects and industries.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise with clients and stakeholders across diverse industries.
- Passion for digital marketing and a genuine interest in staying abreast of industry trends and developments, with a commitment to delivering impactful solutions that drive results.
