We have urgent requirement for BDM profile with one of our reputed clients in Education industry.

**Position**

Business Development Manager

**Reports to**

Regional Manager - Business Development.

**Responsibilities**

sales for all our educational products.
- Target-oriented selling to school, educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and teachers.
- Establish strategic alliances / tie-ups resulting in enhanced business.
- Conducting demos and presentation
- Map clients and manage entire life cycle of the account.
- Partner with client to understand their needs and objectives
- Build a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring key metrics - number of outreaches, proposals sent and final conversion.
- Work cross functionally with multiple teams to drive success of projects

**Position Requirements**:

- Graduate with 3+ Years in B2B business in edtech
- Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to details.
- Exceptional business acumen, business development and sales experience, and cross
- functional understanding
- Team player; ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus

CTC- Upto 8L Maximum
