**Overall Job Function**: Optimizes the store´s selling by providing the customers with a pleasant shopping experience, including customers with product options and direct service. Our customers just need someone to engage them and offer advice, from time to time, to figure out what’s possible for their personal style

**Key Functions and Responsibilities**

**Business**
- Follow and achieve store’s sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Stock and store upkeep
- Handling POS (point of sale
- Billing Stock Inward, Stock Outward and Exchange)
- Cross sell products
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales

**Customer Service**
- Meet and Greet customers at the store and answer their queries
- Provide excellent direct and indirect customer service according to Brands standards and meet the 3 basic demands on the selling floor and at the cash point
- Answer phones courteously and promptly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and after sales service.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Build productive trust relationships with customers

**Job Knowledge**
- Actively involve with product, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising per brand guidelines, to maximize selling opportunities
- Ring on the register, report and handle all required transactions, issue receipts and pack merchandise
- Receive, open and unpack merchandise and label merchandise
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

**Efficiency**
- Execute promotion, price changes, transfers and cash register routines
- Utilize established brand policies and procedures to assist in loss prevention and safety for the store and partner with store management as needed

**Team Player**
- Work effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash point and stockroom are clean and well maintained per brand standards
- Adhere to Brand’s values and internal standards policies and procedures

Financial Accountability:

- Card and Cash should be taken with atmost respect from the customer
- Card and cash transactions with the tender receipt.
- Cash deposits should be accurately and timely done.

**Requirements (Qualification and Competencies)**
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- High school degree

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
