**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Staff**: Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- **Scheduling**: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- **Guest Interaction**: Address guest inquiries or complaints related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.
- **Policy Implementation**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
- **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and support to housekeeping staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of staff performance, cleaning schedules, and inventory usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and managing inventory.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
