**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- **Property Consultation**: Offer expert advice to clients on market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and the best available properties.
- **Negotiation**: Facilitate property viewings and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
- **Lead Generation**: Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with real estate market trends, new developments, and pricing to provide clients with the most relevant information.
- **Documentation**: Guide clients through the process of paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation related to property transactions.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
