**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate various types of machinery (e.g., CNC machines, presses, lathes, injection molding machines, or other specialized equipment).
- Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, pressure, and feed rates to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations during production to ensure consistent output and adherence to product specifications.
- **Machine Setup and Calibration**:

- Set up machines by loading raw materials, tools, and adjusting machine settings to meet production requirements.
- Calibrate machines and tools, ensuring proper alignment and precise measurements for each job.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary adjustments to minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products for defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications by performing routine checks and tests.
- Report any quality issues to supervisors or quality control teams and take corrective actions as necessary.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and changing machine parts to prevent malfunctions.
- Detect and troubleshoot mechanical issues, making minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Document machine performance, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize hazards.
- Report safety violations, equipment malfunctions, or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
- **Production Monitoring**:

- Track production progress, ensuring that machines are running efficiently, and output meets production schedules.
- Log production data, including machine downtime, number of units produced, and any maintenance activities.
- Assist in meeting daily or weekly production targets.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with team members and supervisors to improve machine performance, troubleshoot problems, and meet production goals.
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and stay updated on new technologies or machinery.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of machine operation, maintenance, production logs, and any quality control tests performed.
- Communicate machine performance and any concerns with the management team.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Some positions may require a technical degree or certification in machine operation or related fields).

**Experience**: Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and other machinery tools.
- Knowledge of machine safety and operating procedures.
- Ability to operate computer-controlled machines and use related software (if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
