**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate VMC machines for machining parts as per drawings and specifications.
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications for machining tasks.
- Set up tools and fixtures to ensure efficient and accurate machining processes.
- Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during operations.
- Maintain documentation related to production and programming updates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in VMC machine operation and programming.
- Proficiency in VMC programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of machine tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Work Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts as required.
- Standing for extended periods and handling machining tools.
