Pursue Productions is a creative media company known for its innovative and high-quality work across photography, videography, ad films, weddings, and corporate content. With in-house brands like **Weddin** (wedding films) and **Konceptz Studios** (commercial/creative video production), we are expanding our creative team and looking for passionate individuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into engaging videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Ads, etc.)
- Create wedding films, promotional videos, ad commercials, and cinematic edits.
- Add music, graphics, transitions, subtitles, color grading, and effects as needed.
- Collaborate with creative team, cinematographers, and clients to understand project goals.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ensure final edits meet quality standards and client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor** (showreel or portfolio required).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, **After Effects**, and **DaVinci Resolve**.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and video optimisation for social media.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual continuity.
- Ability to work with feedback and make necessary revisions quickly.
- Basic knowledge of videography and shooting techniques is a plus.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Motion graphics and animation
- Photoshop or Lightroom for thumbnail/poster creation
- Experience in social media content formats (Reels, Shorts)

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM(Sundays & public holidays off unless working on special assignments)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
