**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, professional final products
- Add music, graphics, sound effects, voiceovers, and color grading as needed
- Cut and rearrange scenes to ensure flow, clarity, and emotional impact
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other creatives to meet project goals
- Create videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, websites, ads, etc.)
- Optimize video content for web and social media specifications
- Manage file organization, backups, and version control
- Stay updated with industry trends and editing techniques to improve content quality
- Meet deadlines and adapt to feedback quickly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolution standards
- Solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and shot composition
- Ability to edit both short-form and long-form content
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Basic audio mixing and color correction skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of social media video trends and best practices
- Experience with YouTube or branded content editing
- Background in film, media production, or related field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
