**Job Title: Sales Executive - Solar**

Job Summary As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their needs, address inquiries, and promote our products and services. You'll work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address their queries and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly. Sales and Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Present product offerings to clients and negotiate terms.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about our product portfolio, features, and benefits.
- Educate clients on product specifications and advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations when necessary.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a laptop and own a motor bicycle with proper driving licence
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
