Calicut Kerala, India MCIND VISION ABROAD Full time

As a Student Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students through their academic journey, personal development, and career planning. You will provide individual and group counseling, assist with educational and career planning, and work collaboratively with students, parents, and faculty to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling & Guidance**: Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students on academic, personal, and career-related matters. Offer support in managing stress, improving study habits, and addressing behavioral issues.
- **Academic Planning**: Assist students in setting academic goals, selecting courses, and planning their educational paths. Monitor academic progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Career Counseling**: Help students explore career options, set career goals, and develop action plans. Provide resources for internships, job placements, and further education opportunities.
- **Workshops & Programs**: Develop and conduct workshops, seminars, and programs on topics such as time management, study skills, and career planning.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school administrators to address students' needs and coordinate interventions.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, academic progress, and other relevant information. Prepare reports as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
