**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales, cold calls, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products/services effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
- Gather and analyze sales data to improve performance.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertisements.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing and sales strategies.
- Work with digital marketing teams to enhance online presence and lead generation.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
