**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:
- 1. Drive SLP initiatives, policies and SOPs- 2. Interface with Retail Operations Team in AOR to create awareness levels on SLP compliances and create a culture of preventive losses.- 3. Skillful deployment of strategies and tools for combating fraud and theft using overt and covert monitoring systems.- 4. Deep dive to analyse, monitor, detect and resolve process designs as directed on daily, weekly and monthly basis.5. Assist operations teams in warehouse management during threat and crisis to minimise risk to life and property.- 6. Disagree and commit while conducting Root Causes Analysis to reduce shrinkages.- 7. Identify Risk Exposures unique to the local environment. design and execute countermeasures- 8. Carryout Internal Audits and Stock Reconciliations as required.- 9. Support SLP leadership in any other tasks assigned across roles.- 10. Ability to train supporting staff.- 11. Maintain logs- 12. This job profile entails extensive travel within state boundaries and some time at Pan India level.- 13. This will one year contractual jobSkillset Desired- 1. Basic understanding of retail operations across all formats.- 2. Willing to travel.- 3. Working knowledge of MS Office- 4. Willing to learn- 5. Desired age between 40-45years- Preference 1.
