**osition Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in managing, creating, and planning social media content across various platforms. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management while contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Posting and Scheduling**: Manage the posting schedule for all social media accounts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track key metrics and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize content and strategy.
- **Trend Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to inform content creation and strategy.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- **Content Curation**: Curate relevant and compelling content from various sources to supplement original content and provide value to our audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and storytelling.
- Previous experience with social media management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and photo/video editing skills is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
